Microsoft (MSFT) filed a complaint with European Union antitrust regulators against Motorola Mobility (MMI) and Google (GOOG), which is buying the mobile device maker. Microsoft says Motorola charges far too much in royalty fees for use of its wireless patents as a means to block Microsoft, Apple (AAPL) and others from streaming video on the Web.
